Denise Wilkerson

Councilwoman-at-Large

Corporate strategist turned civic leader. Helped hold taxes flat for 6 years. Led the delivery of Roselle's $17M library, expanded youth programs, and pushed forward smart redevelopment projects.

Driven to finish what we started—and build a stronger Roselle for all.

"Seven years ago, I promised to work hard to bring positive change to Roselle by putting my corporate experience in strategy and execution to work for our community. I'm proud of what we've accomplished together. For six of those years, we kept municipal taxes flat. We've revitalized parks and roads, driven responsible redevelopment, expanded recreational activities, and delivered a $17 million state-of-the-art Library for our residents. But there's still more to do. As your Councilwoman-at-Large, I'm asking for your support so we can continue the progress and finish the work we've started."

Cindy Thomas

4th Ward Councilwoman & Council President

Roselle resident for 28+ years. Proud wife and mother of four. Owner of a minority woman-owned trucking company. Active in Second Baptist Church, the Board of Education, and the Roselle Democratic Committee.

"As a Roselle resident for over 28 years, I've proudly raised four children here alongside my husband, Rupert, while also running a successful minority, woman-owned trucking company. My roots in this community run deep—from serving as a longtime member of Roselle's Second Baptist Church, to my time on the Board of Education, to my continued work as a member of the Roselle Democratic Committee. When I first ran for Council, I promised to be an advocate who listens, acts, and delivers real results. Today, I'm proud to serve as your Roselle Council President and 4th Ward Councilwoman. I chair the Governance, Finance, and Public Works Committees, and I also play an active role in driving redevelopment initiatives across our Borough. I believe in the power of strong leadership, collaboration, and making sure every Roselle family has the chance to thrive."
